  • Supplements: You may return unopened, unused, and sealed supplements in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., courses, eBooks, downloads), they are generally non-refundable. However, if there is a technical issue that prevents access or use, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund if necessary.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Once we approve your return, we will provide instructions on where to send the returned items.
  3. Please ensure that the returned product is securely packaged. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Digital products are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue that cannot be resolved.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at wealthcareheroes@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, if necessary.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchanges
